General Meeting for October 16, 2007

NEW VERY IMPORTANT INFO FOR BROTHERS!
READ CAREFULLY:
ATTENDANCE
We are now taking attendance for our General Meetings every other Tuesday. This means that if you are a brother YOU MUST BE THERE! The only reason why you should not be there is CLASS or REHEARSAL. Prepping for a rehearsal does not include this. A brother is given 3 excused absences.
INFORM HANNAH OR ME (KASEY) IF YOU HAVE TO MISS PRIOR TO OUR MEETING. EMAIL, IM, TEXT, CALL...WHATEVER IT TAKES!
We are excited about this! It's a great way to make sure that our chapter is the most involved that it can be!
INITIATION:
It seems that NONE of us are really brothers. Thus, when the new AFKAP class comes, we must be reinitiated as well. This means relearning the Greek Alphabet and 12 Lines of Shakespeare. A couple of weeks before initiation of the AFKAPS, just stop Gregg whenever and say those two things. BUT YOU MUST BE ABLE TO DO BOTH TO BE REINITIATED!
yay for finally becoming brothers!

TEMPEST TABLE SITTING:
There are new instructions that spell out exactly what must be done.
Table sitters are available to talk to others about APO, get people to donate money and sell candy and flowers.
IF you are interested, SIGN UP ON THE APO BOARD. SPOTS are STILL available!

BINDERS:
For all of our brothers, we will be making BINDERS! They will include a contact list of the other brothers, a calendar, a copy of the constitution, and other important documents. Heading up this is your one and only Hannah. If you want to help, please contact her!

ARTS GARDEN:
October 27 there will be another Arts Garden work day from 9-3. Please come for a couple of hours to help!

VTA:
October 26 and 27 (Friday and Saturday), 10am-4pm
Our favorite (and only) APO brother Prof. Gregg Lloyd is hosting a booth for TheaterCNU at VTA in Richmond. If you are interested in talking to perspective students about the dept we all love and cherish, TALK TO GREGG! He would LOVE for you to come help!

Budget:
National Dues are being sent in soon. Reactivation is almost
complete. All money given has been deposited. Any further budget
questions, contact Chelsea Renner.

Pledge Class:
Notice on the Call Board. Letters are to be put in Billy Harley's
box by THIS FRIDAY!!!. Any further questions, contact Billy Harley.

T-Shirts will be sold at Tempest! Shirts are $15!

Coffee Cart details are in the works - more news coming soon.

Constitution is under review. Will be reviewed and approved by all
brothers.
